I paint mainly in watercolor, often enhanced with ink, and sometimes pastel. I do landscapes, lake and shore scenes of Michigan, flowers, pets, and portraits. For an artist, there is no end to learning and discovery, and that is the joy of it. Sharing this joy when I get the opportunity to show my art, is its own reward. over the years my style has evolved to a more abstract manner, and I’m not sure what to call it: whimsy, fantasy? I want people to see what I’ve done and perhaps they can tell me.
